Due to storage and packaging, chokers may arrived creased in places where they have been folded. This is normal and easily fixed by carefully ironing the ribbon on low heat upon a flat suface.
Please be sure to keep the heat away from the metal pieces in order to avoid accidental burns. I cannot stress that enough.
